On August 22 come out to Atlantic City's Absecon Lighthouse for Live Well AC Farmers Market, 48 Blocks AC 2021 and Sunrise Painting.

FREE Community Event in Atlantic City’s Lighthouse District!

  • Absecon Lighthouse presents “Live Well AC Farmer’s Market” on Sunday, August 22 9AM to 1PM
  • AC Arts Foundation hosts 48 BLOCKS 11AM to 3PM at the Lighthouse
  • Sunrise Painting for artists beginning at 7AM

Join us for a FREE Community Event in Atlantic City’s Lighthouse District! Absecon Lighthouse, New Jersey’s tallest and the country’s third tallest masonry light, will host “Live Well AC Farmers Market” in collaboration with SeaGoddess Healing Arts, LLC, on Sunday, August 22nd, from 9am to 1pm. Artists are welcome to arrive and utilize the lighthouse property for inspiration beginning at 7am for a “Sunrise Painting” session. AND:   The Atlantic City Arts Foundation will be hosting 48 Blocks AC 2021 from 11am to 3pm at the Absecon Lighthouse, where visitors can enjoy demonstrations, workshops, performances, and art exhibitions from various artists.

This event will feature fresh local produce, artisan creations, healing artists, live music, and sunrise painting space for artists. Here’s the good news! Vending spaces are free, as well as the event, with the goal being to create a time and space to celebrate the season’s harvest, living well together in our seaside community, and enjoying the bounty of Mother Nature and the artistry of colors and sound that capture the essence of summer.

Absecon Lighthouse is a state-owned historic property administered by the non-profit Inlet Public/Private Association. Located at 31 So.
