Join Atlantic Cape Community College at the 36th Annual Restaurant Gala on March 14, 2019. This year’s theme is “Recipe for Success” and that’s exactly what they’ll be serving up at this swanky fundraiser to benefit students of the Academy of Culinary Arts.
Cocktail Reception | 6:30 p.m. – Enjoy bountiful hors d’oeuvres and a lavish raw bar prepared by students of the Academy of Culinary Arts. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the open bar and music by R. Doug Jennings.
Dinner and Dancing | 7:30 p.m. – Feast on signature dishes from over 40 of the area’s finest restaurants, enjoy drinks from the open bar, dance to the live music of The Don’t Call Me Francis Band, purchase tickets for the 50/50 raffle drawing, visit the photobooth, and sample beverages from local breweries and distilleries.
Dessert Extravaganza | 9:00 p.m. – Indulge in sweet treats prepared by area pastry chefs as well as students and faculty of the Academy of Culinary Arts.
The Restaurant Gala is the college’s key fundraising event with proceeds funding scholarships for students attending the Academy of Culinary Arts. Since its inception, the Gala has raised more than $3.5 million for scholarships through the support of the community and corporate sponsors. The proceeds from this event will benefit students at the Academy of Culinary Arts, an emergency fund for college students, and Atlantic Cape Foundation operations. Last year’s Gala raised $214,400!
